It’s been a minute since I did an update on my goals. Well, I have good and bad to report. Let’s start with the bad…
The eating and working out ended about a week or two before we went to Tennessee, March 2, 2017. Don’t let the title fool you, I’m not depressed or anything. I attempted to start again but it didn’t last long due to me being…EXHAUSTED. The 3am thing was really taxing on my body to the point where I would sleep through the alarm and have to drink coffee to stay awake throughout the day. I’ve started thinking about trying to work out before I went to sleep but then I’d be up later with crazy energy. So I’m still not sure how to squeeze it in. If you have any suggestions let me know on the comments.
One thing I am aware of is I have to do something, I just haven’t figured out what that is yet. I have gained weight but I haven’t been on the scale. My clothes are fitting a little snugger than they were but I can still fit them.
As far as eating is concerned, it isn’t as bad as it was before I started but it’s not as good as it was after I started. I’m a big snacker, so having trail mix and seaweed helped curve my appetite. When I stopped going to Trader Joes, I began to replace those snacks with gum, popsicles, chips and even meals at times.
Now for some good news…I still drink the Alkaline water and the Apple Cider Vinegar. I drink the Apple Cider Vinegar more sparingly because I don’t want either of them to cancel the affects of the other. Another, habit I’ve stuck to is the 52 Week Challenge. We are currently on Week 14; which is $105 and I couldn’t be more excited!!
As you can see, I have work to do. When I started this blog I was determined that we would grow together. You would see my flaws and all. Hopefully, I created an atmosphere where you feel comfortable to share yours. Well, mine are peaking through. You see them, no hiding, just truth.
Right now, my life is in overhaul status. With Passover coming up, I’ve been feeling the need to do some serious spring cleaning and you all know my job situation, so I feel like everything is so up in the air but I truly believe, God is working on my schedule so it’s all good. I am proud of myself though, although I do have work to do, in my heart I believe that the eating and working out have crashed because my schedule and I believe this rearrangement of my life is going to affect that situation positively. So I’ll be back on it soon. Watch and see, what God can do!!
Hope you guys enjoyed this update and let me know if you’ve hit any milestones as of yet.
