Hey Guys! I’m baaaaccckkkkk
How I’ve missed you!!! If you didn’t know I went on a cruise to Mexico and then spent a day in New Orleans. I have so much traveling to catch up on. I really loved taking in different cultures. I took a couple of videos that I’ll share below. If you didn’t know, this trip was in conjunction with my personal development group, Life Changing Alliances. We actually had training classes on the days we were at sea. If you are interested in learning more about personal development, check us out on www.lifechangingalliances.com or look up the group on Facebook.
Have you noticed how when you really need to be somewhere, I mean when you’re gonna receive lessons that’s really for you, there’s opposition? The two times I’ve determined in my heart that I was going to go to the LCA events, I’ve been met with opposition; to the point where there were these roadblocks put in my way so I would back out and just stay home. I don’t know about you but that makes me wanna go more because I know there has to be something life changing that is bound to take place if it’s that challenging. Just in case you’re curious, there was…but we’ll talk about that later.
I didn’t have service once I reached the airport for whatever reason and my computer broke right before I went on the trip so I had to wait until this morning to get to a decent computer to share my experiences. Here’s part 1 of my vacation…stay tuned to see more as I didn’t want too many videos to be in this one post so I figured I’d break it up.
Let me know what you think about the videos. Did you like my glasses? I wasn’t too sure about the shape but I guess they are cool. I realized that I actually need to go to the eye doctor because those are magnifiers and I need a prescription to make words sharper, not necessarily to magnify.
In the second video, I just wanted to share my heart with you. This blog is always on my mind and that video just summed up my mission which is just to get better. Sometimes that can seem a bit overwhelming but when we let go of our inhibitions and do just one thing a day that would move us in the direction that we want to go, we win. It’s really as simple as that. You are all winners in my eyes and I’m excited we are doing this together. I promise to let you know the good, bad and ugly as I push to get better. I know that my transparency will encourage someone else. Taking this trip, was a move for the better. I invested in myself, I learned a lot, I saw God’s creation and honestly was able to just focus on those moments and appreciate them for what they were.
Have you vacationed this summer? If so, where did you go? Would you recommend it? If you didn’t go this summer, where would you like to go? I’m excited about doing more traveling and would love your suggestions.
