I needed this. I’ve been really accepting and grateful for my process but lately, OMG!!! I begun to feel really stressed probably because my money
is running has run out, I don’t know how I’m gonna pay my bills and the IRS called me this week…but I deeply and profoundly accept myself.
I didn’t even know it was stress until I did this this morning because I’ve been focusing on being grateful and working on myself. I thought I was just being emotional but I did this this morning and cried (I cried hard) and after I finished, I felt relief. Do this and let me know if it helps to relieve any negativity and/or stress.
